what is a .flac?

FLAC stands for Free Lossless Audio Codec, it's the most commonly used format for high quality audio files, but maybe i should've included MP3s as well in this package. if you want to, you can get the OST on bandcamp instead on the link in the soundtrack page, which will give you more formats!
